AWESOME STAFF!!! Dr. Trinidad is an excellent vision (ophthalmologist) physician! Very very, pleasant and extremely professional. Gets to the point of the problem and handles it with the proper treatment needed. His office is always immaculate as well as his ophthalmic equipment. I highly recommend him to anyone who's seeking an ophthalmologist who knows how to treat people and their eye problems.

My first visit with Dr. Trinidad was very good. I had previously gone to a large eye care center and always felt like I was just a number they were trying to push through without caring about the person. Dr. Trinidad's office was very different. It is a small office with very friendly staff and a hands on doctor. He is very efficient and seems to genuinely care about each patient which is what I was looking for. I am so grateful I found him in my search for a new eye care doctor. I would recommend him to any and everyone who needs an eye doctor.

Dr. Trinidad was very thorough and explained each procedure and what he found. What my prognosis is as well as my diagnosis. Even went beyond any other eye specialist I’ve ever seen. Gave me different meds to take and made another appointment for 2 weeks to check how meds were working. His whole staff was friendly yet professional, and offices were spotless.

Very nice doctor who spent a lot of time with me, answered questions patiently, and was very gentle during the exam (I had an eye injury). I will definitely go back. The office staff was really nice, and I loved that they texted me when they submitted the prescription and even told me the name of the pharmacy staff who they spoke to.

If anyone in the San Antonio area needs an empathetic, respectful, and awesome Ophthalmologist do yourselves a favor and visit Dr. Trinidad. Not only does he share his knowledge and recommendations, but also takes interest into what you as a patient want and need. Unlike other providers, it is not a one way street when it comes to treatment (however I am sure it varies from case to case as I speak from my own situation/experience). He appreciates his patients input and uses it to formulate a plan for your best interest. I truly believe providers like him are hard to find and feel lucky to have found this practice. Angie at the front desk is such a welcoming and kind soul. Initially her kindness is what attracted me to visit the office and I'm glad I did. All of his staff have been great to me. I have been having issues with my eye and feel safe to say that I am in great hands. I will be a patient of Dr. Trinidad for as long as I live in San Antonio. Thank you for being awesome Dr. Trinidad and staff and for allowing me to feel comfortable and at peace with my vision needs. 😊

Wow wow wow!! We saw Dr.Trinidad yesterday for the very first time and he was everything we hoped for and more. Not only did he listen intently to our concerns but he also went above and beyond to insure he wasn’t missing anything. We’ve seen many providers across San Antonio and there hasn’t been a single doctor like Dr. Trinidad. If you visit this office, I promise you won’t be disappointed. From the first call to the moment you walk out of their doors, it’s a personalized experience that will leave you in awe. 5 stars isn’t enough!! Thank you Dr. Trinidad and staff!!

If I could give 20 stars for this practice I would. Dr. Trinidad saw my husband very quickly for an urgent eye issue and his compassion and professionalism are unmatched. He spent time explaining everything to us, while teaching his staff. He spent so much time making sure he got the care he needed: this is an amazing doctor and his entire staff is wonderful

Have been a year having vision issues went to 2 diffrent eye drs and they kept saying my vision is 20/20 it was fine. I explained what I was seeing and no one would say my symptoms were a part of my current illness. I saw Dr. Trinidad one afternoon and knowing my history and just hearing my symptoms he comes out and gives my conditon a name. I felt heard, cared for, I didnt feel crazy he spent a whole hr with me explaining what was going on and we started a new med so far it has been helping make my mornings much better. Got part of my life back thanks to him.
