Jake Trinidad, MD

Dr. Jake Trinidad is an experienced ophthalmic surgeon and clinician who proudly calls San Antonio his hometown. After graduating from Clark High School, he pursued his lifelong aspiration of becoming a doctor, working his way through Trinity University and UIW before attending Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Following his ophthalmology residency, Dr. Trinidad returned to San Antonio to embark on his professional journey.

Throughout his career, Dr. Trinidad has demonstrated a strong commitment to his patients and the community, earning a reputation for his dedication, compassion, and expertise in ophthalmology. His hard work and unwavering commitment to patient care led to him becoming a valued part owner at his previous practice, where he devoted nearly a decade to serving the diverse needs of the local community.
